The Professional Regulation Commission has released the August 2012 Guidance Counselor board exam results as PRC announced that 185 out of 336 passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given by the Board of Guidance and Counseling in Manila last August 2012.

The members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling are Dr. Luzviminda S. Guzman, Chairman (Inhibited); Dr. Elena V. Morada (Officer-In-Charge) and Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton, Members.

The successful examinees who garnered the top 10 places in the August 2011 Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission has released the August 2011 Guidance Counselor board exam results as PRC announced that 125 out of 249 passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given by the Board of Guidance and Counseling in Manila last August 2011 and 4 applicants were approved for registration without examination as Guidance Counselors in accordance with the provisions of R.A. No. 8981, cited as the “PRC Modernization Act of 2004”, Section 14, Article III of Republic Act No. 9258, known as the “Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004”, and Section 14, Rule III of Resolution No. 02, Series of 2007, known as the “Rules and Regulations of the Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004”, and per Board Resolution No. 03 dated September 1, 2011, Series of 2011. The members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling are Dr. Luzviminda S. Guzman, Chairman; Dr. Elena V. Morada and Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton, Members.

The room assignments for August 2011 Guidance Counselor board examinees are now posted here and in the PRC official website. The said Guidance Counselor board exams are scheduled to be given on August 30 and 31 2011 by the Board of Guidance & Counselling. The Professional Regulation Commission has released the August 2010 Guidance Counselor Board Exam Results as PRC announced that 108 out of 180 passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given by Board of Guidance and Counseling in Manila last August 2010 and 13 applicants were approved for registration without examination as Guidance Counselors in accordance with the provisions of R.A. No. 8981, cited as the “PRC Modernization Act of 2004”, Section 14, Article III of Republic Act No. 9258, known as the “Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004”, and Section 14, Rule III of Resolution No. 02, Series of 2007, known as the “Rules and Regulations of the Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004”, and per Board Resolution No. 05 dated September 1, 2010, Series of 2010.

The members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling are Dr. Luzviminda S. Guzman, Chairman; Dr. Elena V. Morada and Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton , Members.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 33 applicants were approved for registration without examination as Guidance Counselors after compliance with Section 14, Article III of R.A. 9258 (Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004), and Section 14, Rule III of Resolution No. 02 Series of 2007 (Rules and Regulations of the Guidance and Counseling of 2004), per Board Res. No. 01 dated January 12, 2010, Series of 2010.

The composition of the Philippine Board of Guidance and Counseling are chairperson: Lily Rosqueta-Rosales; and member: Luzviminda S. Guzman.
