Upon evaluation of the documents submitted in support of their respective applications, the Board found that the above-named applicants had met all the
qualifications set forth in the aforementioned Act and Rules. WHEREFORE, the Board RESOLVES, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to allow the registration to the Roster of Professionals of the above-named applicants as Real
Estate Consultants, Appraisers and Brokers. After approval hereof by the Commission and upon payment of the prescribed fees therefor, let their respective Certificates of Registration and Professional Identification Cards be issued thereto after they shall
have taken their respective oaths as professionals.

The successful examinees who garnered the top 10 places in the July 2011 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission has released the July 2011 Real Estate Appraiser board exam results as PRC announced that 541 out of 955 passed the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao last July 2011.

The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Bansan C. Choa, Ramon C.F. Cuervo III, Florentino C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.

The successful examinees who garnered the top 10 places in the March 2011 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission has released the March 2011 Real Estate Broker Board Exam Results as PRC announced that 3,185 out of 4,762 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination.

The examination was given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo last March 2011.

March 2011 Real Estate Consultants, Real Estate Appraisers and Real Estate Brokers – Approved for Registration W/out Examination.

Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Card will start on March 29, 2011 until April 18, 2011 at the Registration Division Ground Floor. The Oath taking ceremonies of the new Real Estate Service practitioners for Consultants, Appraisers and Brokers, to be held on April 26, 2011 at the Philippine International Convention Center at 1:30 o’ clock in the afternoon. For those names who were included in the prior approved resolutions may opt to attend the oath taking.
