The Professional Regulation Commission has released the August 2010 Guidance Counselor Board Exam Results as PRC announced that 108 out of 180 passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given by Board of Guidance and Counseling in Manila last August 2010 and 13 applicants were approved for registration without examination as Guidance Counselors in accordance with the provisions of R.A. No. 8981, cited as the “PRC Modernization Act of 2004”, Section 14, Article III of Republic Act No. 9258, known as the “Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004”, and Section 14, Rule III of Resolution No. 02, Series of 2007, known as the “Rules and Regulations of the Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004”, and per Board Resolution No. 05 dated September 1, 2010, Series of 2010.

The members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling are Dr. Luzviminda S. Guzman, Chairman; Dr. Elena V. Morada and Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton , Members.

No. 01 dated January 12, 2010, Series of 2010.
